Letting Checks for UK landlords

Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026.

This policy explains what personal data Letting Checks processes when you use lettingchecks.co.uk, under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. The short version: the website itself does not ask for your name, does not run advertising trackers and does not sell anything about you.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller is BEKOE, trading as Letting Checks, sole trader registered in France (SIRET 97835930500015). Contact: contact@lettingchecks.co.uk. Our full details are on the legal notice.

Quote requests and partner services

Some buttons take you to a third-party service that finds local professionals. Anything you type there is collected by that service under its own privacy policy, not by us. The service may tell us that a request was made, without your contact details, so that it can pay us an introduction fee.

Who receives data

Our host, Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus), processes server logs on our behalf. Data may be processed in the European Economic Area, which the UK recognises as providing adequate protection for personal data transferred from the UK.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and data portability where it applies. Write to contact@lettingchecks.co.uk; we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, telephone 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

See our cookie policy. In short, the public website sets no tracking cookies.

Changes

If we add a feature that collects more data, for example a contact form or audience measurement, this page will be updated before it goes live, with the date at the top.
